Our client is one of the top building products manufacturers in North America. The company is privately held and managed by a family with roots going back many score years in this northern Minnesota community. Position reports to Director of Operations and is responsible for an all non-product development engineering activities (TPM) at this multiple plant/facilities campus, which produces well over half of the company’s North American volume. Direct reports will include Maintenance Manager, Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Facilities Engineering Manager and Manager of Systems Support, as well as their respective teams.
