I’m conducting an executive search for an exceptionally talented Vice President, Operations, someone who can lead a business of over 2000 team members, 7 direct reports (2 plant managers, components & assembly; materials director; director technical services; quality manager; CI manager; manufacturing services manager), and manufacturing volume of $300 million+. We are searching for talented individuals to join our client’s team of consultants working in Lean Manufacturing. We seek a limited number of world-class, hands-on experts in Lean manufacturing systems and processes (Toyota Production System-based expertise). Individuals will join the firm as consultants/specialists, or very senior level, seasoned consultants with very strong subject matter expertise, and will relocate to and work out of the Moscow, Russia office.
